EJ's Simple RibsWe knew we were in for some good recipes and tips when Emeril Lagasse joined our family of brands over a year ago. Now the monthly column, Kick It Up, brings everyone his unique perspective of everyday cooking with recipes like these.  What I love about this recipe for ribs is that it's got great homemade taste, but is completely low maintenance. No tending the fire for hours and hours required--just season the meat, wrap it in foil, and pop into the oven till the ribs are nice and tender. Then authenticate the flavor by finishing them on the grill (with a no-fuss homemade BBQ sauce, of course!). You can even do the oven part in advance, then stash the cooked ribs in the fridge for a mid-week barbecue with minimum prep. BAM! What's not to love about that? (Oops, was that out loud?)

What would you serve with these?
