Heavy-duty aluminum foil is a great item to use when cooking delicate or small things on the grill. In this recipe, the foil is folded to create a packet that holds the contents of a New England-Style seafood bake. All the ingredients -- potatoes, corn, shrimp, and fish -- cook together to create a complete meal in one easy package. Don't forget crusty rolls to sop up the flavorful sauce!
What else could you prepare this way?

I love how this is prepared outside, instead of steaming up the kitchen! We often do clambakes in the summer...this seems like a nice change of pace.

I made this and it is AMAZING. Seriously. Very, very easy and yet incredibly evocative of a real shore dinner. I could also smell the ocean while I ate it.
I say half a lobster tail and toss a half into each packet as well - yum.
